This page explains what this website collects, what it does not, and who else is involved when you order.

This website has no accounts, no forms and no newsletter. It does not ask you for your name, address or payment details, and it cannot store them.
Two third parties do receive data when you use the site:
Clarity records how the site is used: pages viewed, clicks, scrolling, approximate location by city, device and browser. It also captures anonymised session recordings and heatmaps, which are used to find broken or confusing parts of the site. Clarity masks text you type by default.
The map on the home page is embedded from Google and sets its own cookies when it loads.
Ordering is not handled on this website. The Order Online buttons open the Mi Pueblo ordering page on devournow.com, which is operated by DevourNow. Anything you enter there — name, phone, address, payment — is collected by that platform under its own privacy policy, not by this site.
Phone orders are taken at (707) 843-7804. We keep only what is needed to prepare and hand over the order.
This site sets no cookies of its own. Cookies you may receive come from Microsoft Clarity and from the embedded Google map. You can block them in your browser settings, or use a browser extension; the site works without them.
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you the right to know what personal information a business has collected about you, to ask for it to be deleted, and to opt out of its sale. Mi Pueblo does not sell personal information.

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Material changes will be described here rather than applied quietly.
